He was
born in the village of Ismaeel Awa located near the border district of
Penjwen, Sulaimaniyah Governorate in 1968.He started his primary education
in his birth place where he finished his fourth grade in 1978. In the same year
his family along all the other villagers were forced to move to Said Sadiq
sub-district during the Iraqi regime’s military plan to evacuate border
villages and towns in many areas inside Kurdistan Region in the north of the
country.
While residing in the new town,
Mr. Hasan was able to finish his secondary school which was essential to be
accepted in the vocational education in the Slemani Industrial Preparatory
School.

Mr.Hasan who intentionally chose
this school was successful to pass the final academic year of 1987-1988 with
high marks but his score was not high enough to attend university undergraduate
study. Accordingly he was recruited to the compulsory military service of 30
months in which he was sent to several cities and towns in Babil (Hillah) and
Sulaimaniyah Governorates before abandoning the military service and coming
back to the city of Sulaimaniyah prior to the uprising in 1991.
In the following years he started
to work as a grocer in the famous street of the Grand Mosque located in down
town Sulaimaniya. From 1996-2000 he became a register in the wholesale fruits
and vegetables market. He also worked as taxi driver from 1997 to 2004.
Also in 2004 was asked to work as
an expert technician in Zanko (University) television channel. After serving
for two years at that media station he moved to the radio service of the same
name.
On October, 2014 he transferred
his service to the technical unit of the Kurology Centre for supervising audio,
electric and lighting arrangements of the Centre’s events such as conferences ,
seminars and workshops.
