 He was born in 1978 in the mountainous town of Qaradagh. He started his primary education in his birth town. Prior to his third year in the primary school, his family
 moved back to Sulaimaniyah in 1984 where first attended Bekhood primary school and later  he was admitted to secondary school which he
completed in two schools --Goyzha and  Zaniyari – because of moving to new a new neighborhood. He then attended one of the best and well-known high or preparatory
schools in the city of Sulaimaniyah
which is “Roshnbeer” choosing to study in the literary branch. Subsequently he was accepted in the 
College of Languages, Department of Kurdish at the University of Slemani which was re-established in 1992.
Following his graduation and receiving his Bachelor degree in Kurdish Language in 2001, he became a government employee in the Council of Ministers, located in the city of Sulaimaniyah, to serve as
 a staff of the service management unit.
He also worked in the regional capital city of Erbil from 2005 to 2007 when the Council of Ministers moved back there.
His service in the Kurdology Centre started from the beginning of the year 2008 in the unit of printing and publishing before it was changed to the department of Media in the Centre.
During his service at the Centre he was responsible for Archives and Books unit where he supervised designing, proofreading and editing over (60) books in major fields of Human Sciences namely Language, History, Geography, Politics and others.

The publication of these books was part of the Centre’s program to publish Master Thesis and PhD dissertations as well as providing financial support for the authors.
